  • 1. Rocks were finally put in the front yard. Now I can focus on fixing the backyard. 2. They came by for an inspection. All they did was take photos of the bathroom and backyard. I thought it was an odd inspection but seems to have gone well. 3. I had to trim the back yard neighbors trees that was pushing the wall over. I figured it probably fell under the grass is up to you and trees thing from the front yard. There is a bulk pickup in November and Ill have it all taken away then. Nov 1st, I am fertilizer and tilling the back yard then seeding it with Rye. I changed three of the sprinklers (because they charge me for them if someone comes out to do it) to ones that rotate so that the areas where no sprinklers were located receive water. I hope to have a grassy backyard by the end of November. :)
