  • Fertility is such a sensitive topic and one that should be treated with care and love. I have experienced just that with this office. Dr. Shapiro was kind and thorough with my husband and I on our initial consultation. He answered all of our questions and even made sure to ask again if I had anymore. Debbie, the patient coordinator, is the biggest gem ever. Incredibly competent, she makes sure to check all insurance possibilities and is very detailed when it comes to setting up appointments and relaying all the pertinent instructions for testing. I've never experienced anyone in a doctor's office who goes more out of her way to help. And I can tell she cares too. Also, the ladies in the front are awesome as well. So far, I've only had an initial appointment and blood work done inside the office, but it all went smoothly for me. I read a few negative reviews about how appointments run late. I haven't experienced this yet, but I also really appreciate that the doctors are just rushing patients out the door either. Love this place. And Debbie. Did I mention already I love Debbie? :)
