  • I don't normally shop at the Gap in store, I mostly order my stuff online. Just easier and saves time. Interesting thing to note though is that if you purchase in store, you have 60 days to return items, however, if you purchase online, you have 45 days. I had to return something purchased online, but when I arrived at the store (oh yeah, that's the other thing, you can return online purchases to a store location, rather than posting it back to them) the sales person pointed out to me that I had exceeded the 45 days for returning online purchases. Ugh! Having sacrificed a good portion of my lunch to walk over to the Eaton Centre location to return these purchases, my heart started to sink...but lo and behold, the sales clerk smiled and said that he could probably override the return and process it anyway, and you know what? He did! Just like that! Awesome!
