The car wash itself is actually pretty good. To the point where I signed up for one of their unlimited monthly packages.
But, holy crap, the upselling is insane. I tell them I have a fixed monthly package and they STILL try and sell me on a detail, or a wax or whatever. And one simple "no thanks" isn't enough. It's clear they're trained to try at least two or three different times before they finally give up.
Guys, if I sign up for a monthly package, it's probably safe to say I know what I want. What I don't want (and don't appreciate) is the hard upselling tactics you clearly train in your employees.
