  • Per my review below: Absolutely NO holiday decorations are allowed on a resident's outdoor patio or door! Their reply is weak and clueless--Camden sucks-Period!! And. NO PACKAGES ARE SIGNED FOR!! USELESS MANAGEMENT!! Also, There are NO Separate or Individual water and electric meters-- THE PRICE YOU PAY IS BASED UPON WHATEVER MANAGEMENT DECIDES!!! So if you are an single person renting a 2 bedroom, who travels and doesn't use a lot of water and electricity, then you'll get charged for what they think 2 people would use!
