  • bait n switch cheaper parts, billed for expensive ones. Without so much as a word, AoA replaced the more expensive parts that I paid & was charged for, with lesser grade & cheaper parts. Never corrected billed amount (over $2k) or bothered to inform me. I guess they didnt think I'd notice close to $100 in lesser parts installed (which I never requested to have installed). I had to call to get refunded difference in prices, and was put on hold for 52 minutes. I was then promised "Id be taken care of" now plus a month later, I never have received items promised, items that were part of the initial order. The new rifle in addition, looked as it it was used/abused when 1st received; scratches, chips out of the stock, loose screws, etc. As if this all wasnt BS enough, they then had my online review outlining my horrible $2k mistake buying from AoA, removed from Airgun Nation, which apparently only allows nice things to be said about AoA and censors the rest. (ie: truth)... I have filed complaint with authorities."
