  • I don't know about Raines himself, but the administration of the office is terrible. On more than one occasion, their 1.5 hour lunch has run over by more than a half hour so that you get the answering service during the time you should be able to reach the office staff. Really!?! You need a two hour lunch in a 9-5 workday? The office staff is also rude and unhelpful, interrupting and talking over you.
