| - I can not say enough about this place. I recently purchased a new dining room table, this is my second piece of furniture from Bassett. First one at this location though and I am mind blown about the entire experience. My experience with furniture stores in LV varies. From the cheaper places (AF) who will attack you the moment you walk in the door just to make a $1,000 sale and then you never hear from them again to the not even notice you but expect you to drop $5,000 on an end table (EA) Basset is the ONLY place that does it right.
I walked in and was greeted by Karen. Karen listened to my needs, gave me options, had ZERO judgment and was genuinely interested in finding me the best piece for my needs & in my budget. I ended up going with the emporium collection which is evidently the same as my dresser. What can I say, creature of habit :) The entire process in store was smooth. At that point I thought my communication with Karen was done. Nope. Karen followed up with an email that wasn't a standard template. She thanked me for coming in and was happy to assist with any other needs. She also let me know of the upcoming sale they were having as well. Still not done with Karen - she then follows up again about 3 weeks later saying that my table was in and someone would be contacting me for delivery. Karen = awesome.
Penny then calls me just as expected. This friendly individual quickly scheduled my delivery and informed me of the next steps.
A day before my delivery I receive an automated call about the 2 hour window of delivery. 2 hours thats it? Heck yes Bassett I am in love. I called Penny back to see if she can make it a bit earlier to accommodate my schedule. She took down my number, said she will call the warehouse to see if they can do it and contact me back. 5 minutes later - Penny calls me back and ensures that my table will be there by a specific time.
Delivery Day: Automated call - truck will arrive in 45 minutes. Truck was there in 30, and they beat my guaranteed time! Derek and another individual who I wish I could remember his name came to my door and swiftly delivered, assembled and gave me the table of my dreams. These guys were awesome, went above and beyond to show me how to take the leaf out, where the adjustments and stabilizers were in my table and everything. Also found out they do all the deliveries which is nice to know this way its not new people coming to your home each purchase.
A few hours later I received a phone call from KAREN! This woman does it all! Just wanted to see how my delivery went.
Not once was I told no, not once was I told to call someone else. Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. I am now loyal to Bassett and cannot wait to work with each and everyone of them again for all of my future furniture needs! Huge thanks Bassett - your Las Vegas team is amazing.
