  • I don't even want to give them one star. I made an appointment to get my car serviced for a recall issue from Chrysler and a look at my transmission. When I showed up the gentleman went through the issues and then said they could maybe look at it next week. I asked if I can make a specific appointment so I didn't have to leave it for a whole week and he said no I'm not sure when we'll see it. I left. I called the manager to see if I could get some resolve so I didn't go clear across the city to service my car but no luck. Bummer. Will probably close soon the service is so bad.
