  • Company should be called ZeroStar Services - they deserve Zero Stars, and that's being generous! Very poor experience - A/C broke in middle of this hot Charlotte summer - it took them 4 (FOUR!) weeks to get the part. Customer service is as bad as I've ever experienced. Would not return phone calls or texts. Please save yourself a headache and find a better company.
