  • The workers here are super lazy. I went to get some textbooks bound and the workers (in the print and ship department) kept chit chatting with each other rather than concentrating on their work. Initially, I had one lady help me bind my books. I figured it would take about 10 minutes because I've had previous textbooks bound here before so I went to go hole punch some papers. When I finished hole punching my papers, I came back to the front desk only to find the lady stopped binding my book to help another customer design and print out a poster. I thought it was really rude and unprofessional since the customer she was currently helping had come after me in line. I attempted to flag down the other two workers who were heavily engaged in a juicy conversation, but was unsuccessful. The first lady who took my book saw that I was still waiting and asked someone else to finish binding my books. As she was binding my book, she was snacking on sugar straws and hot Cheetos. I could not be more disappointed. The level of professionalism was close to none here. Don't let their uniforms fool you. I just hope there are no red fingerprints as I read through my books...
