Would have definitely been five stars but the Air Canada lady was curt and rude. I had a simple question and she was clearly annoyed. I waited almost an hour in line to ask and made a point not to come off like a jerk but she sure didn't. Everyone else was great. The place has great seating with footrests in different places, that's not usual believe it or not. They have people all over asking if you need any directions or a free indoor shuttle if you have a long walk to your terminal. Nice dining options minus Tim Hortons of course. Different options for shopping than most airports as well. Liquor stores with very good pricing pre and post duty free. Kids activities and a solid hotel again with modest prices in regard to duning. Not the airport where they try to squeeze every nickel out of you without actually offering you something for it. Good job Calgary!
