This is the worst service department I have ever encountered as the service was not performed properly, It took nearly 2 hours to change my oil on a new car, and I feel my time is wasted every visit. I never receive updates on how my work is proceeding and it is like a bad reality TV episode bringing your car there.
They are known for their coffee and cookies which is obviously because their service and customer support is horrible.
They give me free car wash tickets when I am upset and ask me to lie that the service is great and deserves 10's which it doesn't. I am a platinum member and find myself taking my car to Take 5 Oil Changes because I can't spend half a day in this service Bermuda Triangle.
