  • Had an appointment with Dr. S. Office said 1330 appointment. I arrived at 1315, signed in and provided the paperwork I found on the web site (was never told about the pre-paperwork availability). After waiting over one hour, I approached the desk and asked if I had been forgotten. Even heard a woman be asked if she was there to see Dr. Sharma. She came in after 2 PM and was escorted in after only five minuets. The woman I was talking to behind the desk said she could see me in the appointment calendar. I stated I had talked to her coworker when I came in and gave him my paper work. She then asked for my ID and Insurance card. Again I said he already had scanned it. One more time she said something about my paperwork and I again stated i had given it to the other person. She then handed me another clip board with the same paperwork. I again said I've all ready provided that to him. She then snaped at me and said "I asked you if you had turned in the paper work and you said no". With that I said cancel me out as you folks have no clue what your doing and walked out. As a foot note they provided me with paper work for urination. That was not my problem. If you want treatment, go someplace else.
