  • I went in for a basic wash for their early bird special. Service was fast and efficient. Service rep tried to up sell me to an undercarriage wash for $10 more, but I declined. It was nice to be able to sit inside and wait instead of sitting in my car. The car was clean after 15 minutes of waiting, however, it doesn't look like they waited for it to dry as there were watermarks dripping from my trunk as well as my side mirrors. Their website advertises hand drying. I ended up Windexing and wiping those down myself. Also, I had just vacuumed the interior myself and their were footprints all in the back seat! Why would they need to go inside if it was just for an exterior wash? I wanted to test one of their basic services before moving up to a full interior detailing, however, after seeing their lack of attention to detail on a basic wash, I'd rather go to the self wash on 10th Ave and do it myself.
