  • Very unprofessional. Called in to set up an appointment for an estimate. Told them I lived in North Las Vegas and asked if I can set up an estimate done after 4:30-5 as my fiancé wouldn't be home until then. He said "Wow, that's pretty far from us. We're Southwest. How would Saturday work?" REALLY?? It's only a 20-25 minute drive. But okay, whatever. I set up the appointment Saturday. He said "Okay I'll start my day over there." No show, no call back or anything. I didn't bother calling. I'll take my money elsewhere.
