Terrible customer service when it comes to a second and/or subsequent appointment. They are friendly and on top of it with the first appointment but after getting you through the door subsequent appointments are "not scheduled," "mis-scheduled," or somehow "not authorized." They have a funny habit of blaming the patient for their errors. And like most who make mistakes Desert Cardiology staff won't admit their error. It's really unfortunate that the front staff can't get themselves together when the nursing staff is so helpful. If you don't mind being jerked around this is the place for you, but for those of us who work and value our time-go elsewhere.
