  • We just had our backyard, partial in-ground spa installed by Creative Spa Designs after being recommended to them by a neighbor. Paul was a pleasure to deal with when selecting the right spa for us. He is very personable easy-going, and loves talking to his customers, which made the whole process much more enjoyable. After selecting our spa, Paul came to our house that weekend to sanity-check our original idea for the spa placement and went on to give some of his own suggestions, which we went along with and they ended up working fantastically On the day of the install, the hole was dug, the deck was put in place, and the spa was buried all in about 5 hours time, which blew my mind. The Creative Spas crew even had to work around some underground irrigation that was in place but this was not an issue as they had a gardener on hand who was able to cut and re-route underground piping so that our sprinklers could still work but would not be in the way of the spa. This was all free-of-charge. I was extremely impressed with not only their craftsmanship but also the speed of their work. The crew showed up at 7am that morning and around 2:30pm, I was relaxing in my hot tub! The whole experience of dealing with Creative Spa Designs was a positive one and I am happy that we ended up as one of their customers. From the time that we customized our spa and "signed the dotted line", only about two weeks passed before we had a new hot tub in our back yard. We did deal with a few bumps with the electrician that they referred for the spa's wiring, but those were independent of the great services provided by Paul and his team. We recommend Creative Spa Designs to anyone who is seeking to install a beautiful spa in their backyard!
