  • I have used this location a couple of times due to my vehicle being serviced at a nearby dealership. This last time they gave me an Expedition to drive, which was awesome. I ran into an issue and had to get ahold of Jamie Cruz per another employee to handle my certain issue. I tried contacting Jamie on SEVERAL occasions and left countless voicemails. I also decided to text her as it was her cell number I was given. To this day, I have yet to hear back from Jamie. Enterprise as a company, will never earn my business again. I will now contact the dealer a week ahead of time to reserve a loner car. Thanks Jamie, but the experience I have had with trying to get into contact with you ruined my experience with this company.
