  • I will never go back to this business. I normally go to Diva Beauty but figured I would give this place a try since it's closer to me. I walk in and first off the 2 girls working act like they have never seen a fat girl before and say something in their language. Then they stare at me like I am a cow coming in from the range to get my eyebrows cleaned up. Then when I go to pay I tell her that I am a new client and that I am a new client and saw online you get half price. She says do you have a coupon. It doesn't state I need a coupon. I then ask her if I print it out and bring it back you going to give me my money she laughs and says no. All while she has had a snobby attitude. So i paid and said you don't get a tip. Normally I tip the girls at Diva Beauty 3 bucks, off of a few minutes work and $11, that's a great tip. Their associates need to know that yes even plus sized girls like to feel pretty not like they are something that shouldn't dare try to look nice. Also STATE ON YOUR WEBSITE YOU NEED TO PRINT IN COUPON FOR BEING A FIRST TIME CLIENT.
