  • It used to be cheap. The carpet looked decent when we toured the place, and upon moving in i realized it was just fluffed up from being vacuumed and shampooed, but still stained with dirt and animal urine. The repair people broke a lightbulb OVER AN MY WASHING MACHINE which got glass on my expensive clothes. Lot of pit bulls, pretty gross. Pretty rude front office people.
