  • Was one of the better Vietnamese restaurants in pittsburgh but the food went from great to mehhhh. Such a disappointment because it's in the the heart of the strip district. After multiple managements everything began to deteriorate. To the point where the wait staff was doing you a favor by bringing out your food to you and there's always only enough garnishment for one bowl of pho regardless if you order 1 or 3
