  • I was astonished at the lack of concern for the customer. I was explained in the phone with Verizon my upgrades were all in place. When I got to the store the story changed. I asked to speak to Sunjay the floor manager who proceeded in a very demeaning manner and portrayed a third version of the story I was told all day. Needless to say when I went to apple they were able to clear everything up that this Verizon store had told me. Very dissatisfied and will be doing all business through apple.
