  • Went to this location on a Saturday and waited 15 min for the sales guy up front to finish waiting on a customer. I'm well aware that discount always has a long wait time and I was prepared but after 15 min of waiting without being acknowledged I had to leave when a female customer walked in and was helped immediately upon walking through the door. I went down the street to a local tire shop and had my car on the rack in less than 5 min. I suppose I could chalk it up to being overlooked, but when there is only one other person in the showroom area that's kind of a stretch. Will probably never buy tires from discount tire again. I suppose 4 new 225 45 17s weren't a very big priority that day
