This has been my go to Urgent Care the past few years but the past few visits have been horrible. Last month my 1 year old son was suffering from upper respiratory infection symptoms. 102 fever for a few days and green mucus and wet cough. The Dr came in and checked him quickly and said its not possible for a baby this young to get an infection like this it's just a virus. Knowing he had been sick for over week I knew I needed to get him checked somewhere else. Took him to a different urgent care and he had bronchitis. This past visit I needed to be seen myself. I had been suffering from sinus problems and coughing for about 3 weeks and had a 101 fever. I tried everything OTC and as well as homeopathic. I decided I should probably get some help because I wasn't getting better. The PA Brooke looked in my throat super quick and said its allergies. Then she offered an IM steroid. What the hell? She told me to take some Benadryl. She was very rude! She kept saying with an attitude that text books now say different and green mucus and coughing doesn't mean infection. She then stated I'm not giving you any antibiotics then followed that up saying there's no way! I didn't pay a co pay for a know it all PA to try and educate me on common knowledge. I am well aware of Drs abusing antibiotics and antibiotic resistance. That's why I came here 3 weeks later! I could understand if I was only sick for a few days but 3 weeks of suffering? The owners should definitely get rid of this PA. I'm sure I'm not the only one who won't be returning after that experience with the company!
