I'm completely dissatisfied with the Service Dept. I brought my vehicle in that was running rough and stalling. The charged a diagnosis fee of over $200 and said "a vacuum hose came apart". I drove the truck the following day, and same problem. I took it back and now they say that there was a bad sensor and would be additional $540 to replace a $25 sensor that takes 2 minutes to replace. I was hoping they would work with me on the price, however they didn't, and the adviser (Douglas Pike) was rude about they whole thing. Unfortunately for this dealership, they have lost my business for good. I use to bring all my company and personal vehicles here. No longer... And to top it off, when I got it back the wiring looked like a 4 year old did it. I will try to post pictures.
