  • The only reason I didn't give this office a 5 is because the office staff seems to not give a crap and not only messed up on my appointment day and time, but I saw numerous people with the same problem. It seems the office staff lacks organization, or doesn't care, and has a horrible attitude. But the actual surgeon is phenomenal! I have an extreme needle phobia and he handled me better then any nurse or doctor I've had. I had to have an IV and he did if fast and painless. My surgery was quick and easy. I got 4 teeth removed and had virtually almost no swelling at all. I highly recommend using this surgeon, just make sure you right down the name of office staff making your appointment because they'll probable mess it up and you want to be able to say "uh no. I spoke to Jennifer and she told me.." Otherwise they'll treat you like. Biotch. But Jay is wonderful!
