  • I just went to this location today... the customer service was extremely poor... and the workers were rude and unpleasant. One tried to make me purchase a new box because she didn't like the one I was using to ship a product I was returning, even though it was the exact box it came in... I was outraged, there was nothing wrong with the box I was using, yet she was being very rude and wouldn't ship it unless I was to spend more money on something I didn't need... and when I walked out she was throwing bad comments at me... not a very professional nor pleasant location to go to... they need more customer service training... I went to the one on Craig and Jones right after... and they treated me with respect and we're very kind AND had no problem with the box I was using to ship. They were outstanding.
