  • I've been coming here for years, but will start avoiding this place when possible. Service is usually pretty good, but this place is just so dirty. I used to love this location but it just gets dirtier every time here. I don't think they've cleaned the playplace since they opened. I'm sitting in this area right now as an employee mops the floor with what looks like dark grey river runoff. My previously clean son slipped on the floor and his legs were covered in this muddy water. The padded flooring is so grimy that the pattern no longer shows. I expect playplaces to not be the cleanest with all the kid traffic, but I'm already judging by those standards. It feels yucky in here, for lack of a better word.
