  • This Garden Inn stands out from others in its very handsome modern decor, which makes it look a notch or two above its pay grade. Otherwise, it's just about the same set-up, with a small pool, and a tidy fitness room that's well equipped. The rooms, too, are a good size. My only complaint is that there is only one phone - by the bed, which means there's nothing at the desk. It's also a regular phone, not portable, and lacks a speaker function. Parking is plentiful, and depending on where you need to be, the location can be 'just right' (north of Pearson) or miles from nowhere. Even to Mississauga it's a 15-minute drive with no traffic; and those of us who know knows that there's no such thing as Toronto 'with no traffic' :-).
