  • This gym has everything -- a crossfit area, free weights, a large number of machines and cardio equipment, TRX/HIIT equipment, an area for circuit training, and multiple rooms for workout classes. They also have a smoothie bar, free coffee, a movie room, and very high quality locker rooms. The sauna and steam room are always empty, and they offer executive lockers which include laundry service. They have an app in which you can sign up for classes. I have only had the chance to take the yoga class so far, but it was fantastic. I'm looking forward to taking their popular spin class, which is located in a dark room which colorful black lights (reminiscent of SoulCycle). You get A LOT for the money here. I would highly recommend it.
