  • The customer service was not the best, We bowled for 2 hours and not one time did a server come over and ask us if we needed anything. The laser tag person didn't explain anything didn't help put on vests All he did was open the doors and tell us to go in we had no idea what we were doing, so it wasn that much fun. The ropes course could use more help and an explanation of what it's like up there.
