| - I think it tastes fine, and the presentation is good. I like their almond horns and their biscotti, but they don't have a working phone number, at least the last time I checked. And this is the second time I have found hair inside my pastry! Once I tried their baklava - hair inside. Then today I wanted to finish off their brown butter blueberry tart - tasted good by the way - but I pulled out a long strand of black hair out of the inside of the pastry. I am disgusted. I don't know if they follow sanitary regulations when they are supposed to tie their hair up when preparing foods. I love bakeries, much to chagrin of my waist line, and I frequent a favorite Chicago bakery, where I am from, and have never in my 37 years experienced finding hair baked in my pastry! And twice at that! I am so done coming here. I complained about the hair the first time, months ago, and I was met with a casual apology. This time I won't even bother, since they don't even have a phone number, and the employees who work there change all the time, and they look so blasé and the vibe I get from that bakery is a lot of reluctant employees standing around.
