  • I really do find this location to just be A-OK. I wouldn't say it's my favourite place to go, but it's alright at the same time. Since I'm somewhat of a newb when it comes to sewing, I have a lot of questions when I'm shopping for fabrics and sewing accessories. I was very sad that, after spending almost half an hour in this store, no one had offered any help whatsoever to a clearly confused shopper. I finally had to pull a lady away from a cutting table to help answer my fabric questions and even she wasn't the friendly or helpful. It seemed like she just wanted me to get out of there so she could go back to doing nothing. Not only was the service not that great, I find their prices to be a little pricey. Chris W. is definitely right about that! I almost didn't even want to buy my fabric from here because of how expensive it is. But, I wasn't about to spend another 45 minutes in a different place trying to find the right stuff. I do like the selection this place has. They have a bunch of sections for the different kinds of fabrics, as well as a section just for the accessories. I do like the way it's set-up because it makes finding the type of fabric a little easier. They also have so many different coloured threads I couldn't even believe it. You'll definitely find a match to your fabric! So, aside from the awesome selection of fabric and thread, I don't particularly like this location. I wish the staff were a little more helpful and encouraging to beginners like me. Oh well, I'll try somewhere else.
