  • When will someone do something about the mafia like treatment that we the public gets from this monopoly? My bill was up to date but I was still shut off because they wanted a $310 deposit because I had to late payments with in the last 12 months. this company can do whatever they want to us the public because there is no other game in town. It isn't fair to people who struggle to make their bills every single month to take more money from them when there's an issue. And I'm not even behind right now. maybe it is time to get the state government involved in reforming their tactics. They are extortionists.
