| - I brought my family here for my 42nd birthday celebration. We had a party of 16, ranging in age from 2-69. Everyone had a great time. We bought the unlimited passes with the pizza and drink, 3 hours (it was a weekday). There was plenty of time to do all the activities multiple times. Manny, stationed at the go karts, was everyone's favorite. He was upbeat, cheerful, enthusiastic, and energetic. Since we were there so late in the day (arriving after 6pm) there was no one else there by the time we left and several in our party would exit the karts just to get right back on.
We were able to push tables together to accommodate our large group size.
The not so great: the person making the pizzas wasn't enthused when we asked for a different choice than the one that was available - ham and pineapple - and I had to speak with a different attendant to get him to make a new pizza. We had to push the tables together ourselves, even though they had advance notice that a large group was coming in shortly (I gave them 3 hours notice) and no other customers were there to stop them from doing it ahead of time. That would have felt more welcoming. The attendant at the laser tag wasn't fun. She was stern which put a damper on some of the excitement. Plus - when it's the third time the same group has gone through the laser tag, and THERE ARE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS to confuse them with - is it REALLY necessary to go over all the rules, power ups, and point deductions AGAIN? Can't one just reiterate "no running" since that's the biggie and move on? The waivers - it's 2017. Put them on your website. Let people presign them. The attendant at the register was able to look up my pass purchase on her computer but I have to use a janky, slow, sticky iPad for my waiver? It took almost 30 minutes to get the waivers signed for everyone and, as you can imagine, the 2-7 set were anxious to get started. Pass processing couldn't happen until the waivers were signed, but we all wanted our time to start together, so the kids sat and waited, unhappily. The good thing is that we won't have to fill them out again, but some streamlining of the process should occur.
Overall though, a great time was had by all and just about everyone wants to go back (except the 69 year old. He has no plans to return outside of another family birthday).
