  • This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts in the region. We keep giving it a chance because we live just a few minutes away but time and time again we come away disappointed. Their success rate for making a simple iced coffee is about 50% (I'm not sure how you screw up an iced coffee but they always find a way) There was a great stretch where they had some older staff working and the Drive-Thru line was actually moving and I we got decent coffees. However, its taken a massive turn in the last 2 weeks and now I don't want to go anywhere near it. Please DUNKIN DONUT CORPORATE do something about this location, it needs to be revoked from its Franchisee because it's by far the worst in the region, we now go out of our way to go to a different DDs to avoid this one.
