  • Came to this store on Thursday 06/22/17, to see if I could get some help creating an online shipping label. The minute I walked in the store, I was met with extreme rudeness. My wife forgot something at the atlanta airport, TSA told me to create the address label to myself, and send it to me from me. At first I couldn't figure it out,that's why I went to the UPS store. OLD MAN there says, That's not how we operate around here, ( YELLING ) we need the airports address.He tells me to call them, then yells again, TAKE IT OFF SPEAKERPHONE. NOW!!!! He Talks to TSA, they tell him the same thing I did. He then starts yelling again, THEN I CAN'T HELP YOU!! By then I blew it, my wife new I was mad and said. Let's go!! Cause she knows how I get when I'm mad. I politely said. BLANK YOU. I went home and figured it out mysef, and got my package today thanks to the way TSA told me to do it.I give this place zero stars. People here are RUDE RUDE RUDE. Don't come here, you can do better than this place.
