  • The front desk lady was very helpful and nice although I was upset that I wasn't made aware of my $200 co pay until I got to my appointment, she was professional and helpful. In addition, I'm happy she did help me because I recognized the other two gals behind the desk and from past visits they are rude and unwelcoming. For the record I've only been here two other times and this visit was the first time I had work done. I can't remember her name but she was African American. Also, Vanessa is always a pleasure, very nice and helpful explaining financial details. Alicia was the one in the room assisting my doctor at the time. I had many questions and she answered all of them. Very friendly and polite, made me feel very welcomed and cared for. Dr. Chung (hope that's the correct spelling), he was awesome. He explained In detail every answer that I needed to my questions. He was very attentive while working on my teeth and I feel as though he did a great job with my fillings. Thank you to the friendly staff it is much appreciated!
