  • I went in there and purchased a conditioner and there was a lady with dark hair who was very helpful, a little pushy but nice. I just called to see what their return policy was and the lady on the phone was so rude. she said "well have you used it?" in a snotty tone implying that I did and I said no but I don't have the receipt. and she said well the receipt would be helpful (no duh but I don't have it) and she didn't know if she could look it up on my card. I had to ask her twice what were my options were without a receipt and she didn't know. Smh
