  • We just had dinner here and really enjoyed ourselves. David had the Tetley's bitter which seemed well kept. Large pub menu had quite a bit of variety. He had fish and chips and I had the daily special chicken and rice soup and an order of spring rolls. The spring rolls were okay, but not really flavourful. The soup, however, was absolutely fabulous -- full of herbs and root vegetables and really bursting with flavour. Love the atmosphere -- it's a real pub -- and the service was friendly.
