  • I have been to this venue on three (3) occasions. Each time, the performers were stellar (as well as the wait staff)!!! I consider the wait staff and performers to be 5 stars. The reason for my one (1) star review is for the gentleman who checks people in. I am a graduate with a Masters in Business. I own a small company as well. What I don't understand is how an owner thinks it's acceptable to belittle customers. I was there last night and was called impetuous for asking about the drink tickets. As a consumer, I choose where to seek entertainment. I do not seek to be treated in the manner in which I have. On another occasion, I was leaving the back area after viewing a performance. While exiting all were able to view the performance in the front. This same gentleman felt it okay to lash out at the customers that they need to exit and not look at the show unless they paid for the show! The audacity to be treated with disrespect! Disgusting!
