  • In short...don't walk, RUN!! Do not under any circumstances go to these guys. Without a doubt the most unprofessional, seemingly untrained, uncaring, inept, money grubbing excuse for plumbers. They actually have delusions of adequacy. Even after more than one month following their service, I'm still furious. In short: 1. They failed to install a water heater correctly, causing my garage and daughter's room to flood. This cost me nearly $6k for water mitigation and reconstruction of walls and the water heater stand 2. While the water was literally gushing out of the connection on top of the water heater, my wife called the plumber (1 hr after installation) and he refused to come out, blamed her for the problem and raised his voice saying "What did you do!" 3. They even argued and yelled at me over the phone...which I didn't take well and let them know it 4. Front office receptionists were extremely rude and REFUSED to let me speak with a supervisor 5. Installed a rusted water heater. Was supposed to be brand new. 6. After days and days of no return phone calls, they finally agreed to replace the water heater 7. They installed it, left and in less than 24 hours, the same thing happened...the water heater leaked, FLOODING MY GARAGE AND DAUGHTERS ROOM AGAIN!! 8. This cost me another $5k in water mitigation and reconstruction 9. They needed to replace the water heater again, only this time, they sent what appeared to be some Day Laborers, one of which claimed to be a plumber. None in uniform, very unprofessional. They asked to borrow a screwdriver, my hose and my ladder and were all staring at my water heater like they had never seen one before. It was at this point that I asked them to leave. They didn't even know how to drain it! I had to show them where the drain connection was 10. This got so frustrating...one month without hot water for a family of 5 with three teenage girls and a wife...you can imagine. 11. In the end, the last water heater that was installed was faulty, so having had enough, I just bought a new one out-of-pocket...another $2k, and had it installed by s professional plumber. No problems since. 12. Still not finished. I'm pursuing legal action to recoup costs. 13. Have you heard enough?? 14. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS
