  • To begin, I am sorry that I depended on most of the reviews on TripAdvisor because my experience was TERRIBLE. To begin, the front desk had a bad attitude while checking in! The loft we stayed in (1306) had a shower separate than the sink with a sliding door that was extremely old making it difficult to close and loud (waking up the persons sleeping in the room. The shower head only provided a drizzle because the water pressure was so low. The pull-out mattress from the couch was mostly wired springs with absolutely NO comfort! We were hoping that the continental breakfast would be good enough to make these previous complaints feel silly but NO. There was MOLD on the blueberries, the coffee was only luke warm and the waitress was IN THE LEAST knowledgeable about waitressing! To make things worse, upon checkout, a different girl at the front desk miss-counted the cash I gave at checkin and asked me to pay another $50!!! I demanded to count the money myself, slowly counting out twenty dollar bills to her to the accurate amount! What a disaster!! I was extremely disappointed, mostly because they were given the "TripAdvisor Excellence Award", what a JOKE!!
