  • This company must be run by the most disorganized criminals in history. I accidentally ordered their service then, upon reading all of the horrific reviews online, called back to cancel. Well, not surprisingly, after two 30 minute phone calls and confirmations that the order was cancelled, some jackass shows up at my front door a week later to install service. I called them back to confirm that I would not be billed for anything, and after another 30 minute wait a kid named "Brandon" answered. I tried to explain my situation and without another word from him the phone was HUNG UP ON ME. Do NOT deal with this company. I warn you. They are rude and corrupt and will ruin your day anytime that you need to deal with them. I would rather pay hundreds more for Cox than ever deal with these jerks again.
