I went here to look at a surface pro3, I told the sales girl SEVERAL TIMES I wanted the 8gb 256gb model. I got home and realized she sold me the 4gb 128gb model...Are you kidding me???
In addition, you are told you get 2 years free support at the store with a tech. We had 2 techs helping us as we purchased 2 computers, one had to leave to help other people and then the manager started calling the other tech telling him he needed to just drop us and help other people, really???
It's your responsibility to help us set this stuff up especially when you offered and you said it's free?
If there was another store in town I would consider going there and see if they are better at customer service.
I will be back first thing tomorrow to have a talk with the manager, I am livid. This is just bad business. Check everything before you pay for it to ensure you are being charged for what you asked for.
