| - No one, in their right mind, wants to go shopping for a new car because it is the worst possible experience. Looking at cars from many different dealers in the Valley resulted in various levels of ridiculousness. Mostly with me just leaving in disgust. I saw the Earnhardt Dealership reviews on Yelp with people talking about the no pressure no games approach, and decided to head over. They were happy to let us test drive the cars we wanted while never once trying to hard sell anything. We started at the Hyundai Dealership and ended up at the Mazda lot and ran into Nate, one of their salespeople. He was unbelievably good to us, exceptionally polite and knew every aspect of both the cx5 and cx9 cars we wanted to look at. We drove the cx5 and afterwards told him we wanted to think about it. I gave him my phone number which i would never give any of the other weasels i ran into at other dealerships. Nate never bothered me at all, much to my amazement, and after a couple of days i texted him about one of the cars we had looked at. I asked him to pitch me his best deal and he did. When i came in he had the EXACT figures we had discussed, did not try any stupid car tricks or play any games whatsoever. Nate got me better financing then my pre approved bank rate, by a full point, and he did all the work filling out the forms. No hassle, no arguing price, but a very fair deal and better than the competition. Steve, the finance manager, is not the blood sucking hard insurance selling idiot they foist on you at most dealerships. Instead, he was professional, efficient and delightful. The entire team here is remarkable. I was in and out in less than two hours. Keep in mind, i am the hardest person to deal with and have walked out of previous dealerships the second they play their dumb games. NOT HERE, Nate says that the product must sell itself, that a person has to like what they test drive and when they are interested than you have to pitch them a good deal on the first number. Only in this way can you keep them forever. I have driven nothing but Toyotas for 30 years, this is the first Mazda, but from what i have read and heard from car reviews and the few people that own a Mazda cx5 i am very sure we are going to be pleased. I told Nate, only because of his expertise, we will be coming back next year for another Mazda.
Seriously, i do not know why you would go anywhere else than an Earnhardt Dealership to buy a new car. This is the safe place for us.
