My family just had an absolutely horrible experience. My aunt had a voucher to stay at the hotel because her flight was rescheduled. They were given a voucher for this particular hotel. The hotel checked my aunt and her 2 children in (1 child is severely handicapped). When it came time to check out on April 16,2018 they made them pay for their hotel room. They claimed that they never received a voucher! That's absolutely absurd, how did they allow them to obtain a room and stay there for the night if they have no record of them?? Isn't that strange. On top of that, from my experience, I know hotels will provide food from outside of their hotel if their restaurant is closed. They unfortunately went without food the whole night. This is so upsetting. They were adamant that they pay up. Very upsetting tactic to milk money from innocent people. Of course my aunt got scared and thought she had to pay. If a general manager is reading this. Please reach out to me. This is unacceptable.
