  • This place is like every other overpriced Jack Astor's, but what really steps the game up on this one is their patio. It overlooks all of Yonge-Dundas Square, and in the summer it's a great place to eat, drink, and watch the city. My review for this location might normally be a 4, but the last 3 times I've come here I've had really weird servers.... As in they talk to us about the weirdest things and don't get our order right. I hate talking badly about service people since I work in service and I know it's difficult, but the last couple times I've had the same, strange experience. Also, if you want the patio in the summer - MAKE RESERVATIONS! Other reviewers are right when they say that this place gets super busy.
