  • I have always used Discount Tire for replacement tires since I moved here five years ago. My experience with them has always been positive. I wanted to write a review on some exceptional service I received from this store just recently. In April I needed new tires for my 2015 Audi A4. Online I found a set of Vogue tires rated "Best" and they had good reviews so I went with that. There were some issues getting the tires in from Vogue but a set was installed on 5/4/17. The tires seemed fine until I started doing some highway driving where I noticed some vibration at high speeds. To make a long story short the folks at this store continued to work with me by replacing and balancing these tires on more than one occasion. We finally determined that they were just not a good fit for the car and replaced them with a set of Pirelli tires just last week. All I had to pay was the difference in the purchase price and the mandatory $2 per tire state environmental charge. That is what I call customer service! Thanks to Kevin and all the guys.
